Had to do some work this week... outdoors, cold, missed meals and seriously missed water. Three dinners were macdonalds cheeseburgers at midnight. On my feet for hours. Too busy to care for myself. And here ‘s the result!! Back to square one! AGAIN! Ah well. Selfish week ahead and see what happens next saturday. My weight is just bobbing around - lost at sea!! I’m planning every single meal today for the week and sticking it it!!!!
