So I'm coming back, I was able to keep up with fat secret for most of the summer, but once school started things got hectic. I did reasonably well the first semester of school trying to lose the weight I'd gained in California... but then I came home for thanksgiving and then went back to school for finals and well things just went backwards..... but I started working out again... and I'm sore as anything but this time I'm going to stick with it. No more night classes so it'll be much easier to get Gym time in once my LAST semester starts =] can't believe I'm almost done!
And doing this will really help be better about what I eat. It's so easy to et lazy about it up at school when I can't always go food shopping for healthy stuff cuz I only have enough cash for the high sodium easy make meals.... ugh but I have to get into shape!!!
I'm going to costa rica for spring break and I don't want to feel like I have to cover myself up... I don't want to be uncomfortable... Ok so here' to ROUND 2!!!!
