True OMAD yesterday. Until 5 or 5:30 pm, I had only bulletproof coffee and some butter. Not much butter. Apparently that’s what is needed, for me to lose some weight. OMAD till 2-3 pm with more butter and some cheese doesn’t do it.
65.7 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
