So, I finally got that thanks giving weight off. 3 more lbs before I hit my goal. I am not relapsing! 🙏🏾

78.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg. Still to go: 7.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.2 kg a Week
