New eating plan, New year and New workouts. I know that if I want to achieve my weight loss goal I have to be diligent. I have seen progress in the last 2 weeks and that has been encouraging. And that was thru the holidays! Now back at work everyday, back to school and homework every day and stuffing a workout in at the gym a few days a week too. Nothing but a thing....I can do this!!!!
