Week 23: Jan. 3, 2011
Weight: 193.0
Gain for 2 weeks: 2.8
Total loss: 22.2

Well after 23 weeks I have lost a total of 22.2 pounds. I gained about 2 pounds over the month of December, it could have been much worse with all the traveling and eating out. I will take my 2 pound gain and here I am starting fresh in 2011.

My goal is still the same, 155 by Aug. 1.

My goal for next Monday is 189.8 (-3.2 pounds), my birthday weight.

Here we go!
87.5 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
