Look at THIS! The most I’ve ever lost in a week IN MY LIFE! I have followed Nutricali’s lead to drink water and I’ve managed around 1400-1800mls every day. I’m amazed and so pleased!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
