This is me... this is my struggle. In 2018 I embarked on a “quick fix” diet pill weight loss program. It was honestly a “good” tablet which is not only widely sold with a unique money making opportunity it also showed astonishing results. I went from 126kg to 93kg in 8months. No exercise, no diet!
What I did not realize was that all the chemicals I pumped into my body from this “100% all natural” magic pill! My health started deteriorating very quickly and within a couple of months my weight started to climb back very quickly and had some serious health issues.
In 2020, I realized I need to take my life back and decided to do it the natural way. In October I started at 106kg with a promise it will be 100% NATURAL. ONLY EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE.
