The scale is moving in the wrong direction... bad scale!

At least I got out for a shuffle this morning, for the first time in ages. Run for as long as I can, then walk to catch breath, rinse and repeat. A stampeding tortoise could’ve overtaken me along the way, but at least I was moving.
86 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You know what they say: sometimes, if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry. I prefer to go with laughter or crying from laughter than just crying. Doesn’t always work, but I try my best!
