WHAT IS THIS?!
Am i eating in my sleep???
I ate half a danish whirl on thursday and friday. Surely that couldnt have done it? This weight was first thing this morning. It’s taken me this long to decide to be truthful and post it.... it must be winter mode - storage for hibernation or something. I aim for 1300-1400 cals a day. Sometimes I’m well under sometimes a bit over. I am heavier than when I started! 2kg on in a week?? That’s ridiculous . Bad mood.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m sorry to hear! I’m similar weight to you and I eat 1800 daily, Saturdays more and I have been losing steadily. I do exercise 3 times a week and on my feet with two young boys so I don’t know if that helps 🤷‍♀️ x x

I weigh in daily just to acclimatise to fluctuations. Maybe tmi but before diet I pooed every morning. Now only once a week and the weight does build up until I do 🤣😳 💩

Thank you ! Oh well, i am 10 years past my last period so its not tom... i take statins so my insides are very very regular!! I am still down on the dumps with this but just having someone else thinking about it helps ease my trouble!! I will keep trying. Shared a thin pizza and a bottle of red wine tonight, watching George Ezra and the the Who. As long as I’m watching what those scales are saying I am in on it...

if you've been working out itll be because muscles are heavier than fat. keep at it don't give up you'll get there!

Hi Trytryagainagain, you are right. But I'm daft if I put on too much weight I get depresses I have beautiful clothes so don't want to buy bigger one's I know that's daft but it's me. How are you? Hi, it's Merrymel again I've been over my calories too. Are you sweet-toothed? I can only eat 1,100 calories any more and like I've just said woosh my weight is up. We have to cut out our sugar intake to 😏😞still it's worth it in the end.
