After a cheat day as usual almost one kilo up :) It's all ok, I ate really a lot yesterday in the evening and it all is still inside me🤣 Really enjoyed yesterday's meal!
57.6 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
