Setelah 4 hari rest day dan gak nimbang karena lagi dirumah mertua.. naik 1kg.. wah malah nyangka nya lbh dari 2kg naik nya.. soal nya makan bener2 banyak bgt.. makan semua yg di pengen.. heheheh.. Saat nya tgl 1 mulai lagi ya diet nya.. 🙂🙂🙂
