The temptation to jump on the scale everyday is killing me ... so i gave in this morning and i was plesantly surpised on my 3rd day and i am down 800g :-)
87.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
