I didn't gain all this weight in one week I just haven't wanted to face the fact that I was gaining and record the real numbers. I have seemed to stop now and I am going to try to get back to losing after the 1st of the year. I don't want to go backwards after all my hard work. I want to get these pounds back off and continue losing.
