Well any loss is good but bit of a slow week this week. Got a cold as well so feeling very sorry for myself.
Next week back on track and getting back on the exercise because we really let that slip last week!
80.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
