I really have to buckle down here after the holiday's, and get back to being a little more strict with my diet and logging to FS. It has been a terrible week as far as keeping tracking FS. The holidays are so distracting..argh.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
