I feel great! My husband has been very supportive of our "separate" meals. I enjoy making my family the full blown, three course, balanced meal and filling their bellies. I don't mind having my "make-do" sorts of meals, especially since dinner for me has become whatever I haven't eaten yet on my daily menu.
