yesterday I ate too much but at least I ate healthy my weight went down but it might just be because I haven't been eating a lot today. eating a lot of healthy foods is better than me eating a lot of unhealthy foods. didn't really keep track of my calories but I'm guessing past couple days I've ate anywhere from 2000 to 2200 calories. might make a salad for an after-school snack then dinner or later tonight.😁 again thank you for the support
