Week off complete and not to worse for the wear. Still in holiday mode, so trying to be gentle about getting physical again and giving myself space to burn it off on the dancefloor instead of a gym. Think I lost a bit of muscle weight and/or water weight more than actual weight, but all is good :)
63.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
