Febuary has been so much better than January was. It just took me a month to really get into this diet thing. Trying to keep my calories under 1000 per day. I am not successful that often but I usually end up around 1300 which I am still happy with. I was really starting to think I was never going to get below 150. That was a huge thing to fianlly get in the 140s again. It has been awhile.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Actually, 1300 a day is great. If you stop losing, you could cut it down a little. But if you eat less than 1000, when you try to cut it, you will be too low and may end up not losing or even gaining. Your metabolism needs the fuel. Eating too little can be detrimental to weight loss. You are doing great.
