I can't believe my self a week not weight my self and look put on 1.4kg i am so upset going to stop fat Secret. or need 46.5 😥😓😓

Maybe check that you are actually eating enough? Don't skip on calories as it will slow your metabolism down, also, keep an eye on the carbs. You can do it!
