I have now lost more than half my target , still a big task ahead but I’ve done the first half through the most difficult times of a delayed cancer diagnosis due to covid and then the big surgery. Cancer I’ve kicked you and the fat body is well on the way to being beaten

you've done amazingly. Covid and lock down has been hard on everyone, especially those waiting for much needed treatment. Ive just come back to this app after a long break due to bad health, but you are all inspiring me with meals and ideas.
