Really struggling lately. Trying to get back on track. Was going to go to WW this morning, but due to the weather I talked myself out of it. I am excited to try the new WW plan, maybe something new is what I need to get my head out of this funk. Can't seem to wrap my head around it lately. Trying to cut back on my soda and drink more water and trying to cut back on my salt too, of course that makes me crave it more... Ugh.
