Completely fallen off my healthy lifestyle this past week, and I am back with finals and all to take charge.
Yes it is finals week this week and next week, so that notonly means I need to study more but since I work at the college I attend that means more work as far as monitoring tests, and simply working more hours.
On top of that I have been trying to budget everything accordingly, and deal with holiday planning, shopping and of course... eating. When I am on the go and hungry I want something "bad- carb" ladened and fatty as hell.
I am also having issues with one of my medications. I have no refills and my old doctor is gone. I meet with my new docotor on Tuesday. I have been having withdrawl from the medication: dizzy/ vertigo feeling, increased anxiety (this medication is Sertraline aka Zoloft, I take it for anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (found both my grandma at age 4 and father at age 18 dead....) I have issues sleeping and coping with these things and withdrwal from the medications can make all the psycholocial issues arise.) lost sleep, exhaustion, and other symptoms that arwe buggging me. My new doctor won't give me this prescription until I meet with her. So not to mention the idea that I eat to deal with stress and my emotions.
Due to the anxiety I broke up with my boyfriend for a day... and flipped out on him. I felt bad and we got back together. I am trying to not let my emotions control my relationship or my diet. Yuck!
So wish me luck.
