So I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and weigh in 'officially' since I think I'm mostly debloated from the weekend. Not too bad. I plan on still weighing in Monday even though it probably won't be that much different... I still feel a little bloated.
Yesterday as I was working out at the gym, I noticed I can see a little muscle definition in my arms! THAT'S ENCOURAGING!!! Change is so slow that I can't tell if I'm really doing anything by looking at myself. I'm hoping in a couple weeks I can look at myself objectively and be like, Yeah, I have made a lot of progress.
Oh, starting next week, a new goal I thought of yesterday is to start running at least twice a week. I think my body has gotten used to the exercises I normally do and this should jumpstart my muscles into losing again. I ran a little yesterday...it was brutal. But worth it!
