Well done!! How did you shed the last few kilos? We're basically the same starting and goal weights and I just can't shift this last 5kg/6kg.... It's so frustrating!!

Gosh the last few kgs was a nightmare. I started start brisk walking every Saturday and Sunday mornings to reach my target steps for the day. Apart from that I just followed everything as normal. It will take time but it will fall off. Just hand in there

@retha... I had small meals regularly, low carb gi seeded bread, skipping and towards the end brisk walking every Saturday and Sundays. Basically I was worried and watching my carb intake.
