NEW SCALES!!
my weight is not a terrible shock but the other readings are AWFUL. I am composed of virtually nothing but fat!
My water is 34.7% (too low)
My muscle is 19.9% (ridiculously low)
My fat is 45.3% (massively high)
My bones are 2.8kg (and thats with some hardware in my ankle)
My BMI is 27 (overweight)
Kcal to stay the same is 1346 (and I’ve been keeping to 1400 a day, so that explains a bit too)
Wow. This is worth the £20 they cost! My eyes have been opened.
What is the easiest way of starting some muscles? I think I am crying out for some help please.

Well...you can start doing some home workouts for example. Start with 30 min a day three times a week then increase to 45 minutes the next week. 💪🏻

I am following Chloe Ting on you tube. She made amazing different workouts for specific area too: abs, 6 packs, legs and arms etc... I have followed her challenges and I have noted big improvement...my shape is better and I feel stronger too :)

Thankyou both! I am too scared of exercises since doing my hip the other week. Now I just walk! But I am walking more than the first part of the year. In first lockdown I just didn’t leave the house/garden - another too scared thing! I have to be a bit careful as I have osteoporosis and broken my ankle twice. Now I’ve started drinking 1400-1600mls of water each day (in addition to my usual 4-5 cups of tea) my other readings are looking a bit better.
