Back on track now. I'm doing 16 to 18 hours of intermittent fasting and have lowered my intake by eating more but smaller amounts. I will add more exercise later. Right now I'm minimal exercising. I will still have a day or 2 off but I will try to hold on to my discipline. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
98.6 kg Lost so far: 25.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
