So glad to break the 160-mark! Activity and diet have been a bit of a challenge, but I've been prioritizing them, and it's nice to see the payoff!
72.2 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
