I seem to be putting on half a pound a day! I'm pretty sure its the meds I've been put on. Although I'm not logging food, I'm eating healthy meals and not snacking in between. It's hugely disheartening to see all the pounds I've lost piling back on every day. I know I've got to get well again but can't I do that and be thin?
70.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe don’t weigh yourself until you are better because it will only be upsetting just do what you normally do but don’t jump on the scales until your ready

I can’t do that, too much of a control freak. It would drive me crazy not knowing 😂

I’m the same I weigh every day so if there is a problem I can do something about it earlier but you have to be strong enough to accept any deviations in my case I’m so strong in what I’m going to achieve it won’t bother me because it isn’t today it is what happens tomorrow that matters
