Yesterday I had a few bites of store bought mashed potatoes, and 5 bacon strips for breakfast, for which I usually only have coffee with cream. Now I’m up 0.4 lb, not too bad. Otherwise yesterday I stayed Keto. With any luck, straight Keto today and back down below 144 again tomorrow am.
