Stuck again on one weight. Maybe it will move by Sunday. I have 2 weeks to lose 12 pounds to pass my challenge. Anyone got any suggestions? Should i lower my carbs? my calories?
107.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well, I started eating a lot of chicken and hamburger. I have also added peanuts (lightly salted). Keep me moving everyday now! Thank goodness! I have noticed, not to be disgusting, but the more regular I am, the more I lose. Since adding the peanuts, it's an every morning thing now. I weigh myself afterwards. It seems to be helping me. I had to do something after being so miserable for a week. I'm also taking Betacol. Not so sure how much this helps. I honestly think it was my cheat night over a week ago and the peanuts that have boosted me. Just an idea! Sorry to hear that! I want us both to lose! I've lost like 7 lbs this week, so maybe give that a try!

Do you check your ketosis level? I found by logging in all my food intake and ensuring that i am in ketosis being motivated that way. I also like the shake supplements for lunch replacemnet. if you are under 20 net carbs a day you should be on target. do not get discouraged... you are doing a good job.
