Been eating very strict Keto. Some incidental carbs only in veggies - typically cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber, sometimes Brussels sprouts. But no starches, no beans, no grains. I get my calories from fat. Coffee with heavy cream in the morning. More coffee at mid day. Some cheese or butter if I feel a need for it. Then heavier protein + fat snacking in the afternoon and a "real" meal in late afternoon or dinner time.

I'm never afraid to add butter or oil to veggies. Gotta have some calories. It's the carb calories that mess things up.
