I only went up by 0.2 lbs which is great considering how much shit I've eaten these past couple of days. today I was back to clean eating. idk whether or not to have desert.
as of 8:24pm I have had 400calories worth of food & 7 cups of water & 1 cup of tea with nothing added. it's the first day of my period so I'm going to be craving things and prone to weight fluctuation.
Connor's coming back of Friday. maybe I can get down to 128 or under by then???
I need to work out EVERY DAY THIS WEEK.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
