Sure do like the doctor's scale better than my digital one at home. However, I will stick to one scale and the tape measure to be my guide. Won't get the results of my fasting blood test until later.

89.8 kg Lost so far: 39.9 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
