Wonderful dinner last night, steak seared and then cooked on a cedar plank, mashed cauliflower potatoes and salad. My daughter in law and son are very much into cooking and take delight in cooking together. A little while later went for Zumba and swim. When I got out of the pool it was very dark . I will be changing my Tuesday/Thursday schedule. Result was I got up later this morning but did get a short run/walk in. Husbands birthday today on the menu is a Bree spree.
