I've been sick. I have bronchitis, so I haven't been following my diet. On an upside I went to my primary care and he was very happy with my progress. His only concern is my colesterol which he will check in about two weeks. I have to get my ass back in gear. I feel myself sliding down that dark path of lazy eating.
