A little disappointed today...the scale definitely went in the wrong direction. Well, I gave a choice to be discouraged, or determined! I chose to be determined! I will reach my goals and live a better life, a healthier one.
So long story short...scale you are not my identity, my identity is in Christ Jesus and I will defeat obesity in Jesus name!
