Back from vacation and ready to lose this weight!!
70.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Vacation was good. We got to sirens time with my uncle & his family. His kids are around the same age as mine so they all got to play together & had a lot of fun. I'm doing well & was happy to lose 2 lbs this last week. Hope I can keep it up. I have to read your journals after I work out so I'm not exhausted from just reading about all the biking you do, Rofl!
