between breakfast and lunch I have consumed 158 calories. I almost didn't eat the rice cake but it was something that Connor got for me and that makes me happy. I think about him when I eat- I hope that's not weird or anything. But since I have such a hard time eating food and I get so appalled so easily I literally have to send myself into an 'over-happy place' whether that is in my head or in reality I have to be completely comfortable with my surroundings and pleased with what I am eating.
