After a couple of weeks of ‘forgetting’ to fill out my diary every day and my weight staying the same the same the same, this is the result of a bit more brain effort! I’ve never posted before but I really like to read everyone else’s.
76 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 12 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
