I made a promise that I would record what ever the scale says, so here I am. I changed my weigh in day to Wednesday last week and I think I will keep it. I restarted 21 day fix this week and I'm loving it. I need to be more diligent about tracking my food and water intake to make this a truly successful round.
115.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 36.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
