I wouldn't call this an accurate reading as I was ill last week and missed a few meals. Still interesting to see how it goes this week.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

use it! it's good, now recover with out putting it back on..

Feeling much better this week thanks. Apart from thunder headaches! I’ve stayed the same weight for 4 days now so I’m not putting it on by eating properly again.
