Crazy day - VLC for breakfast while Kaylee rowed, back to the house to carry on with the renovations and we ordered salad , rolls and chicken for lunch ... by the time we got back home we were exhausted and I had a plain bread roll and tea for dinner ... at least the weight didn’t go up 🙂
