Started a low carb diet two weeks ago and last week did not do well but I am hoping this week will be better.
Yesterday was not great so here goes today!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey girl! I know I have been off for a long time. Been busy with kids & stuff. Kids are all good, business is good, &all is well in the house except for my weight, lol. What can you do but keep going:) how are you doing? Missed you & your encouraging words & workouts. .. which I could never live up to, haha
