I have not been on my nutrition program since the Middle of March. My lowest weight got down to 119. I have 15 lbs to loose again. :( I have done it before, I can do it again.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
