Not been good this week.... Not even gonna weigh myself till Saturday.... Will make me too fed up..... Starting fresh today, hopefully will be ok by the weekend 😔😏
68.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Quite right. No point demotivating yourself more. You still have time to repair any damage before Saturday.

not that i am promoting demotivation but you may be surprised at what a bad week does or doesn't do. just remember flucuations happen and bad weeks are fine to have. we are all human and we all sometimes need the biscuits, cake or choccy (or in my case today chippy tea!) you will get to your goal I am sure of that 😊
