gained a little bit but I'm not sure if that's a muscle from working out more or eating a little bit too much. I do understand that the body fluctuates this so I'm okay with it. two out of the three days I've been doing this I went over my calories. this a lot harder than I thought. I hadn't ate breakfast and I was super hungry so I ate lunch at 1:30. but I'm understanding that we're going to go out to lunch in 30 minutes. Place where we are going does not have a lot of healthy options. hoping I don't go over my new set goal for calories.
