tiap hari makanx di bawah defisit kalori, kalori harianku 1800,aku makan di 1300,makanx selalu baxakin protein, tapi masalahx selalu tinggi lemak 🙄🙄🙄 pengaruh apa ndak sih... mohon pencerahanx 🙏🙏 ,senam erobik 30 menit tiap hari
