Well this week wasn't good - I wrote about it in my last entry. I'm up, but not up over my goal. I'm setting up my "My Shape" game tonight, and will start that. I hope it's good. I'm going to probably sell my Biggest Loser game on Amazon cause it's good exercises, but it's a really annoying way to work out.

Back on track with food today, just about to record my day so far.
61.0 kg Lost so far: 20.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
